1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Items that are opened or used, including earphones, screen guards, cables, and other hygiene-related products, are non-returnable.

3. Refunds

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Products can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
5. Damaged / Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify us immediately with photos or videos of the issue at support@starlytemobile.co.in.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
